Safer Internet Day Infographics

Working with Microsoft's data team since 2018, I design the annual Global Online Safety Survey infographic, translating a year's worth of data from 14,000+ respondents across 15 countries into something policymakers, educators, and tech companies can actually read. The findings have been cited in policy briefings for the UN Global Digital Compact and the World Economic Forum, directly informed legislation including the UK Online Safety Act, and form the evidence base for educational tools used by millions of students via Minecraft Education. That means the design work — the narrative structure, the visual hierarchy, the custom illustrations that go beyond default charts — genuinely has to land. Each edition includes 15 country-specific versions and passes a high-level accessibility audit.
