Westminster Annual Housing Report

For the 2024/25 Housing Services Annual Report, I led the design and layout to ensure the council’s latest performance data was accessible to its primary audience of 20,000+ tenants and leaseholders.

Operating as the sole designer for the project alongside the Housing Communications team and the Lead Councillor for Housing, I worked within the Fairer Westminster brand guidelines and incorporated authentic photography of residents and staff to create a vibrant reflection of the diverse area, while keeping the layout easily readable for readers.

The layout prioritises breathing space while distilling complex data, such as resident satisfaction measures and housing sustainability goals, into clear infographics. This approach ensures that the services mattering most to residents remain at the forefront, reflecting the positive strides the Council continues to make for the community.
